Cancellation Policy

By signing up for the lessons, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Health Condition Disclosure: I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect my ability to participate safely in yoga classes. I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program if I have any concerns about my health or ability to participate. Assumption of Risk: I understand that yoga classes may involve physical activity, including but not limited to stretching, bending, and balancing exercises, which may carry some risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate in yoga classes at my own risk. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Sattva Yoga, its instructors, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me while participating in yoga classes. Personal Property: I understand that Sattva Yoga is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property that may occur while attending yoga classes. Photography and Videography: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during yoga classes for promotional or instructional purposes by Sattva Yoga, unless otherwise specified in writing. COVID-19 Precautions: I acknowledge that Sattva Yoga has implemented certain preventive measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, including sanitization protocols and physical distancing guidelines. I agree to comply with all such measures and any additional instructions provided by the instructor or staff. I have read this disclaimer form carefully and understand its contents. By booking the lessons, I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily agreed to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
